M&S Easter

After seeing Marks and Spencers Easter advert a thousand times I decided to have a proper look at there goodies and found this delicious recipe for what is pretty much bread and butter pudding.

Suprise Meal

Being the romantic that I am I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a 3 course meal this weekend. Neither of us has much money at the moment so I turned our usual home cooking into our own secret restaurant complete with menu and candles :D

 First Course...Pepperoni naan pizza

Main course....Sweet and sour chicken stir fry with mixed vegetables

 Dessert...Homemade browines and whipped cream

The only bad thing about cooking for your own private restaurant is that your left with a mountain of washing up...Thank good for the dishwasher :D

Weekend Antics

Such amazing food was made and eaten last weekend that I just had to share it with you all. This was suppose to have a lot more photos of the making process but I got excited and forgot.
